Basic Hygiene Certificate IEH
The course provides training in the basic principles of food hygiene and gives students a recognised qualification.
The following topics are covered: food poisoning and its prevention, food borne illnesses, food handling practices, pest control, personal hygiene and food legislation. No formal qualifications are required.
