Chinese and Tai Cookery

The aim of this course is to give an insight into Chinese and Thai cookery and culinary traditions including vegetarian dishes.

Students will become familiar with various dishes including sweet and sour pork, Szechwan, noodles and rice. No formal qualifications are required for this course.

This course might be ideal for childminders wishing to obtain some multicultural cooking skills.
